Meet Eloise
Hello, I’m Eloise!
I fell in love with yoga at the age of 20, whilst attending Ashtanga classes run by my university. At the time, I was struggling with anxiety and not eating enough, and yoga was the only exercise I was allowed to do. It helped me appreciate what my body could do, even in that state, and lead me eventually to a mindset where I could treat it better.
Now, several years later, with a 200hr Vinyasa training under my belt, it is my goal to help others learn to appreciate and respect their bodies too.
Whether it be a sweaty, challenging class, or a slower, calming class, your body is there to support you through it. Acknowledging that even once is a powerful step towards a peaceful, and respectful relationship with yourself.
